For ALL Divine Yoga students.  Highly informative, easy to understand, these classes are suitable for beginners, our regulars, the new and the curious!  Includes lecture, yoga, mantra,  meditation and music to strengthen, balance and give a basic understanding of the Tattvas (5 elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether), the Chakras ( 8 energy centers along the spine) and the 10 Light Bodies of Consciousness (physical body, 3 mental bodies and 6 energy bodies).  Every class is different and each class will cover either one of the Tattvas, one of the Chakras or one of the 10 Light Bodies of Consciousness.  In each class you will:

  • help increase your awareness,
  • learn to identify imbalances in each tattva. chakra and light body restoring them to a state of balance with simple yogic techniques
  • learn yogic techniques and meditations that take as little as 3 minutes out of your day,
  • learn specific yogic exercises and meditations to help you develop the human talent that lies hidden within,
  • learn ways to connect, strengthen and balance each of the tattvas, chakra centers and light bodies on a daily basis
  • heal mentally, emotionally and physically by removing imbalances and emotional blocks through simple yogic exercises and meditations
